About Me

Hello, I'm DJuana

I’m a life and leadership coach and former Chief Diversity Officer with experience across financial services, healthcare, and pharmaceutical organizations. I’ve helped organizations build inclusive cultures and develop leaders who drive impact.

I hold an MBA and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of New Haven, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Albertus Magnus College, and I am a Cornell Certified Diversity Professional/Advanced Practitioner (CCDP/AP).

Leadership & Recognition

In addition to my corporate leadership roles, I serve on the University of New Haven Alumni Board of Directors and the board of the National Center for Race Amity, where I contribute my leadership expertise in support of community impact and equity-focused initiatives.

My leadership and contributions have been widely recognized. I’ve been honored as an Elite 100 by Diversity Woman Media for Excellence in Leadership, named a Moves Magazine Diversity & Inclusion Leader, and received an Authentic Leadership Award from the Tri-State Diversity Council. I was inducted into the 100 Women of Color and recognized as a Minority Inclusion Project Honoree. My insights have been featured in various media and podcasts including The Power of Owning Your Career with Simone Morris Enterprises and Smart Women Smart Money | Harris & Harris Wealth Management.

If there is one thing my experience sitting in boardrooms, leading teams, and navigating corporate environments has taught me, it’s this: talent is not the issue.

Time and time again, I’ve seen ambitious professionals, especially women and women of color, navigate career transitions without the clarity, confidence, or support they need to move forward.
